The St. Augustine Orchestra is committed to expanding the awareness and appreciation of orchestral music. It has a proven tradition of increasingly sophisticated performances and is a foundation of St. Augustine’s cultural, artistic and historic legacy.  The St. Augustine Orchestra is one of the longest running cultural entities in St. Augustine, numbering about 80 members, all of whom perform on a voluntary basis.

The Friends of the Orchestra was formed to support the orchestra’s operations by providing volunteer assistance within four committee categories: Concert Support, Hospitality, Marketing & Public Relations, and Planning & Implementing Fundraising Social Events. Persons interested in joining the Friends of the Orchestra to participate in the work of any of these committees should contact Linda Masterson at [email protected].
